Booking Procedures

The following steps will assist in obtaining a quotation and arranging calibration:

1. Request a quotation by contacting TCA:

    To assist with the quotation, please provide the following details:
· Make and model of instrument(s).
· Any particular points requiring calibration.
· Previous TCA calibration report number if applicable.

2. TCA will Fax out a quotation and quotation acceptance.

3. If you wish to proceed with calibration:
    a) Complete the acceptance form and Fax back to TCA.
    b) Dispatch instrument(s) to TCA Laboratories at the address below:
      Testing & Certification Australia
      14 Nelson St Chatswood 2067
      Attention: Joe Cassar
    The signed quotation acceptance allows TCA to commence the job.

4. On completion of calibration, TCA will return the instrument and the calibration report in accordance with your instructions on the quotation acceptance.

If the instrument(s) is found to be out of specification you will be notified and ‘as found’ figures will be provided where possible.
