High Power Testing

Our Lane Cove Testing Station has laboratory accreditation both nationally (NATA) and Internationally (ASTA) and is also accredited to the quality standard ISO 9001 (NCSI). Our national and international clients include manufacturers of low, medium and high voltage switchgear, switchboards and transformers. All our laboratory staff are experienced full-time professionals, trained in all aspects of testing.

Established in 1970, TCA’s Lane Cove Testing Station is Australia’s only internationally recognised high power test facility.

Electrical Product Compliance

TCA’s Chatswood laboratory has the nation’s most advanced electrical safety testing facility. Our services are fast and efficient and we are equipped to test all electrical appliances and information technology equipment. We can offer a complete package of testing, conformance certification, approvals and consultancy services. Our Electromedical Laboratory is Australia’s only recognised and accredited laboratory for testing medical electrical devices to the AS3200 and IEC601 series in safety standards. Our laboratory is nationally recognised through our NATA accreditation and internationally as an accredited CB Testing Laboratory under the IECEE CB scheme. We also operate certified ISO9001 and ISO17025 Quality Assurance systems.
